<p>Medical Illustrator Ian Suk (a former instructor of mine) and neurosurgeon Dr. Rafael J. Tamargo from Johns Hopkins published an interesting article in <em>The Journal of Neurosurgery</em>.</p>
<p>Their research postulates that Michelangelo painted part of the brain in God&#8217;s neck in &#8220;The Separation of Light From Darkness.&#8221; The response has run the gamut among the art historian community &#8211; some think it is intriguing, while others are outraged.</p>

<p>Last night I went to the opening night of the The Vader Project, and it was fantastic! Good crowd  too. The show is in Los Angeles until June 20, before it heads off to  Philadelphia at Freeman&#8217;s Auction House. Some of the great artists  include: Bob Dob, Tim Biskup, Simone Legno, Plasticgod, Ron English,  Jeff Soto, Shag, Gary Baseman, Mark Ecko, and many more.
